Making A Purchase : Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the Cart button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

We accept credit card payment: If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received: this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Shipping And Handling: The goods are sent from our UK distribution point to your location via the Royal Mail or Post Office. The price for this service is provided for you before completing your order. By completing checkout you are agreeing to the price quote for Postage and Packing.

 

Delivery Schedule: Unless purchased on a pre-order basis, we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days for UK . International orders are generally received in under 30 days.

 

Cancellation Policy: The customer has the right to cancel any exisiting Pre or Back Orders as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched a invoice will be sent to confirm dispatch and receipt payment. Once dispatched the order falls under the returns policy. Please email to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and your payment will be refunded.

 

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added where necessary. All other orders are VAT free.

 

Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. mybookybook.com does not store any credit or debit card numbers.

Returns Policy: Mybookybook will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt under our no quibble guarantee policy. The buyer will be responsible for all goods returned under the no-quibble agreement. Please inform the company immediately goods are received in an unsatisfactory condition so that a replacement may be sent. Postage costs will be covered by the buyer in all cases. Please include receipt for postage in cases of unsatisfactory condition as the company will refund postage costs in these cases, but only once they have adequately deemed the goods thus.  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Mybookybook reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item has been damaged or is returned in an used condition.
